Kinsella & Associates founding Director Patricia Kinsella has worked in Ireland as an independent nursing consultant for over twenty three years and  has extensive experience assessing clients with a wide range of care needs including the preparation of care needs reports for legal proceedings. Patricia’s experience extends to both plaintiff and defence representation with regular appearances in the High Court presenting evidence.

Patricia has extensive nursing experience gained from her nursing practice with specialised interest in the sector of physical disability and acquired brain and spinal injury integrated with extensive professional training and is an experienced case manager. This combination has provided Patricia with an ideal platform to undertake comprehensive care assessment of needs in keeping with up dated quality standard in nursing and rehabilitation both within the community and in institutional settings. Patricia has undertaken the promotion and application of needs lead care recommendations in various settings.

We specialises in providing impartial care needs reports that may encompass retrospective, current or future client needs with expertise in quantifying care costs for a wide range of disabilities and injuries.
